Optimize your connection for better performance
Remove old Wi-Fi networks from Settings → Wi-Fi → tap the "i" icon → Forget This Network to keep your list clean and avoid auto-connecting issues.
Toggle off "Auto-Join" for public Wi-Fi networks to prevent automatic connections. Go to Settings → Wi-Fi → tap the "i" icon next to each network.
Enable "Maximized Compatibility" in Personal Hotspot settings to improve connectivity with older devices, though it may reduce speed.
Set 5G to "Data Mode" in Cellular settings to allow 5G on-demand, saving battery compared to "Allow More Data on 5G" option.
Use a VPN on public Wi-Fi networks to encrypt your traffic. You can configure VPN in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
If Bluetooth won't connect, go to Settings → Bluetooth, toggle it off and on, or reset Bluetooth settings in General → Transfer or Reset → Reset.
